1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the lt99 platform and all of its services. By accessing the lt99 website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

If a player registers with false information and it is later proven that they are under 21, that account will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, device, or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new players, lt99 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The combined total of bonus and deposit amount can be withdrawn only after placing bets 25 times (25x).
• After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit.
• Bets on certain games may be counted differently toward the bonus wagering requirements.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 VIP Program

lt99's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Players are promoted to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity and account standing. VIP benefits are discretionary and subject to change.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, hedging, collaborative betting, etc.), lt99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, forfeit funds, and close the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All game outcomes are controlled by a secure Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game results are transparent and are not manipulated. Every player can enjoy games in a fair play environment.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. Please keep the following in mind:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, lt99 will settle bets in accordance with its specific policy.
• Bets confirmed incorrectly due to a technical error may be cancelled.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error in a game or system, the bets for that round will be cancelled and the deposited amount will be refunded. lt99 is not obligated to pay out abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Operating multiple accounts
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting weaknesses in games or the system
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes
• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Harassing other players or staff
• Operating an account on behalf of another person

8. Responsible Gaming

lt99 believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Players are encouraged to stay aware of their own limits.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact support to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. While self-exclusion is active, it will not be possible to reactivate the account.

8.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. A specified waiting period may apply when increasing a limit.

• Business decisions or discontinuation of service

9.2 Closure by the Player

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, make sure all wagering requirements have been met and any available funds have been withdrawn.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Administrative fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months). The player will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by issues with the player's own device or software
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the player's own negligence
• Any financial or non-financial loss resulting from in-game losses
